- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged.
- Custom-made or special-order circuit breakers and controls.
- Items without original packaging or missing parts.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.
